This lasagna pie features creamy butter squash, ground beef, marinara sauce, red pepper, mushroom, carrot, shallot, cherry tomato, sage, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, mascarpone and fontina cheese layered in between cooked lasagna layers, topped with thick layer of mozzarella and fontina cheeses to be baked until gooey and loaded into our blind baked pie crust.
Note: This pie must be ordered min. 48 hours in advance of pick up at our Granville Island location.
