In the hunt for a lighter, but still tauntingly sweet, dessert? My personal favourite of the meringues, this pie features a tart homemade lemon pudding topped mile-high with meringue. The explosive lemon flavour and sweet meringue notes combine to form a tantalizingly delicious taste!
Note: This pie needs to be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. It can be picked up at our Granville Island location.
Storage instructions: Meringue pies are best enjoyed the day of pick up. However, they can be refrigerated in the box for up to two days. Do not freeze your meringue pies.
