GF Creamy Champagne Chicken Pie (Gluten Friendly)

Featuring gluten free creamy champagne béchamel with sautéed mushroom, caramelized onion, bacon and diced chicken breast loaded in our signature gluten friendly pie crust. 

Note: This pie needs to be ordered min. 48 hours in advance. It can be picked up at our Granville Island location.

Baking Instructions for a raw pie: Bake at 420 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees for 40 minutes (50-60 minutes if baking from frozen). Take out of the oven when golden brown. Set the baked pie for 20 minutes before serving.

Reheating instructions :

Oven: Wrap the entire pie in aluminum foil and bake it at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top is crispy.
