Our house made circular shaped croissant and octopus arms shaped pie cookies featuring a Mediterranean style of octopus filling contains grilled octopus, baby octopus, garlic shallot butter, thyme, white wine, olives, capers, mushrooms, caramelized red pepper and topped with tender baby octopus in persillade butter, for a rich savory experience.
