Colcannon Vegetable Lentil Pie (Vegan)
Healthy and tasty slight green colcannon cooked with mashed turnip, leeks and thyme is topped on a vegetable pie loaded with fried vegetables mixture of julienne cut onion, carrot, scallions, green peas, lentils and sweet corn kernels.
This delicious vegan pie is highly demanded for St. Patrick Day dinner.
Note: This pie must be ordered min. 48 hours in advance of pick up at our Granville Island location. Only available in March while quantities last.
