With this pie it is not hard to imagine yourself feeling the breeze of a summer wind while lounging in the grass. The pairing of strawberries and rhubarb makes this pie a slightly sweeter alternative to our famous raspberry rhubarb pie. Made with whole strawberries, rhubarb, and topped with a layer of golden-brown pie pastry.
