Pacific Salmon Pie
The creaminess of the filling and melted cheese combined with the deliciousness of the salmon makes it clear why this is one of our customer-favourites among the small pies we offer everyday. Every bite of this pie is simply smooth perfection. Inside you will find a blend of wild rice risotto, onions, mushrooms and Pacific-caught Salmon. We layer on thick cheddar just before topping it with fresh pie pastry.
Note: This pie needs to be ordered min. 36 hours in advance. It can be picked up at our Granville Island location.
Baking Instructions (if purchasing a raw pie): Bake at 420 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees for 40 minutes (50-60 minutes if baking from frozen). Take out of the oven when golden brown.
Oven: Wrap the entire pie in aluminum foil and bake it at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top is crispy. We recommend using your oven instead of your microwave for best results.
Microwave: Reheat each individual pie for 1 minute, and a slice for 15-25 seconds.
