Vegan Gluten Friendly Apple Pie
Our classic apple pie, remade for all your dietary restrictions. The fresh cut Golden Delicious and Granny Smith apples, coated in vegan butter and sprinkled with cinnamon, are loaded into our homemade vegan and gluten free pie shell - ready for you to bake it at home or for us to bake it in our oven.
Note: This whole pie requires ordering min. 36 hours before pick-up at our Granville Island location.
Baking & warming instructions:
>For fresh unbaked whole pie: Bake at 425F for 10 minutes then turn down to 350F and bake for 40~50 minutes. Cool it down for 15 minutes for serving.
>For fresh unbaked individual pie: Bake at 425F for 10 minutes then turn down to 350F and bake for 30~40 minutes. Cool it down for 15 minutes for serving.
>Warming Instructions for the baked pie: Bake at 250F for 20 minutes.
Preserving Fresh Pies:
- Pies without cream can be left in the box in a cool, dry place for up to one day or refrigerated for up to four days.
- Pies wrapped in plastic wrap and foil inside a freezer bag can be frozen for up to three months
