Country Chicken Pot Pie (GF)

This handmade hearty pot pie is made with free run chicken breast, mushroom, onion, green pepper, carrot, snow peas, and okra. The ingredients are diced and perfectly seasoned, then stewed with a gluten free béchamel sauce.  The filling is loaded into our homemade gluten friendly flaky pie crust. Not doubt, this healthy and hearty pie will fill your tummies happy.

Note: This pie needs to be ordered min. 36 hours in advance. It can be picked up at our Granville Island location.

Baking Instructions for a raw pie: Bake at 420 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees for 40 minutes (50-60 minutes if baking from frozen). Take out of the oven when golden brown.

Reheating instructions :

Oven: Bake it at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top is crispy. 

Microwave: We recommend using your oven instead of your microwave for the best results. Reheat each individual pie without the foil pan for 4 minute, and a slice for 30 seconds.
