Spinach Quiche (V)
You might be surprised to find out this is our most popular quiche, but once you try it you'll find out why! A delightfully smooth marriage of spinach, egg, cream, Swiss cheese and cheddar cheese.
Note: This quiche needs to be ordered min. 24 hours in advance. It can be picked up at our Granville Island location.
Baking instructions (if purchasing a raw quiche): Bake from frozen, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Oven: Wrap the entire pie in aluminum foil and bake it at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top is crispy. We recommend using your oven instead of your microwave for best results.
Microwave: Reheat each individual pie for 1 minute, and a slice for 15-25 seconds.
