Gluten Friendly Salmon Kale Scalloped Potato Pie


Salmon, kale and potato make for one kale-maziiiiing pie! You won't want to miss this Gluten Friendly Salmon Kale Scalloped Potato Pie

A Crispy crust, creamy salmon filling, and notes of fresh dill are truly an unbeatable combo!

Inside you will find fresh salmon fillets, Kale, Onion, bell pepper, lemon. We layer on thick cheddar just before topping it with crispy gluten free pie pastry.

Note: This pie needs to be ordered min. 48 hours in advance. It can be picked up at our Granville Island location.

Baking Instructions (if purchasing a raw pie): Bake at 420 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees for 40 minutes (50-60 minutes if baking from frozen). Take out of the oven when golden brown.

Reheating instructions:

Oven: bake it at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top is crispy. We recommend using your oven instead of your microwave for best results.
