Mushroom Pot Pie (V)
This rosé-style vegetarian pie features mushroom slices and stewed tomatoes in a creamy mushroom soup topped with a layer of golden-brown puff pastry.
Oven: Wrap the entire pie in aluminum foil and bake it at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top is crispy. We recommend using your oven instead of your microwave for best results.
Microwave: Reheat each individual pie for 1 minute, and a slice for 15-25 seconds.
