Lychee Mousse Macaroon Pie (V)
This is one of our prettiest creations - and one of the most irresistible ones. With the luxurious sweetness of the macarons loaded onto the lychee mousse pie, this is one of those desserts you simply cannot miss out on. This is delicious lychee mousse in our signature flake pie crust topped with white chocolate cream à la Chantilly and gourmet raspberry and strawberry macaroons dusted with edible gold dust. Decorated with elegant Mother's Day-themed dark chocolate and pistachio patterns.
The plain version of this pie is with the same filling topped with white chocolate cream à la Chantilly and without the macaroons and other garnishes.
Note: This pie must be ordered min. 60 hours in advance before pick-up at our Granville Island location.
The pies with Mother's Day themed decoration are available for pre-order to pick up during May 1st~ May 12th.
The plain version is available for the pre-order in the whole month of May.
Preserving Cream Pies Instructions:
- Cream pies are best enjoyed the day of pick-up.
- Cream pies can be left in the box and refrigerated for up to three days.
