Mushroom Bourguignon Pie (Gluten Friendly)
This one is for all the French Cuisine lovers out there! Featuring an wonderful mix of Portobello and Shitake and Button mushrooms, as well as caramelized onion and carrot, cooked in our house made Bourguignon sauce and loaded in our gluten free pie shell. Finally, it is topped with a mushroom shaped pie cookie as the mushroom themed decoration.
Note: This whole pie requires ordering at least 48 hours before pick-up at our Granville Island location.
- For Fresh Raw Pies: Bake at 420 F degrees for 10 minutes first and then at 375 F degrees for another 40 minutes or until golden brown
- For Frozen Raw Pies: Bake from frozen at 420 F degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 F degrees for another 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown
- Oven: Bake at 250 F degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top crust is crispy.
