Scalloped Potato Pie (Vegetarian)
Traditional savory casserole of scalloped potato pie featuring layers of sautéed onion, potato, generous of swiss cheese and cream are loaded in our signature puff pie pastry.
Note: This whole pie requires ordering min. 48 hours before pick-up at our Granville Island location.
Baking Instructions for a raw pie: Bake at 420 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees for 35 minutes (45 minutes if baking from frozen). Take out of the oven when golden brown.
Reheating instructions :
Oven: bake it at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top is crispy.
