Vegan Cheesy Wild Mushroom Lentil Filo Pie


The healthy food with ultimate taste! A vegan filo pastry pie is filled with vegan filling of wild mushrooms, including Chanterelle Fresh Mushrooms, Oyster mushroom, King Oyster mushroom, Enoki mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, Lobster mushroom ( Seasonal), red onion, egg plant,  colorful bell peppers, kale, lentil and vegan cheese. Simply irresistible.

Note: This whole pie requires ordering min. 48 hours before pick-up at our Granville Island location. 

Baking and Reheating Instructions: 

•For Fresh Raw Pies with filo pastry: Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25minutes until golden brown.

•For Frozen Raw Pies with filo pastry t: Bake from Frozen, Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 until golden brown.

•For reheating

Bake in 250 degrees for 15minutes or until in middle of pie is warmed and top crust or topping is crispy.
